Around 6 months I was throwing a football in my garden and I heard a bang and felt severe pain in my right shoulder .. Since I had more pain and numbness in the fingers and severe subluxation. I work in PT department at my local hospital and they gave me have done exercises and for 5 months with no improvement. I had an MRI after the injury, and my ortho for what is right. He gave me a cortisone shot and feel it is worse only in my shoulder. I made an appointment with another specialist in local shoulder for a second opinion. So you think I have is the right choice, that the increase occurred in one of the best in the Tri State. Somebody has an idea of what may be wrong with the shoulder.

There is never a bad decision to get a second opinion. Even some of the best surgeons in the country get a second opinion about his own diagnosis. It seems that a lot of instability in the shoulder due to dislocations. It is a surgical procedure as bankhart repair and keep going back and shorten the tendons in the shoulder to him. After subluxation, for a period of time, pressure on the brachial plexus (nerves of the spinal cord, the arm) is a variety of sensitive issues, manage, and that's where you get the tingling / numbness in his little finger. Sometimes cortisone injections do not work for some people ... although the assumption is usually a few days to have any effect. I recommend you stay away from launch, because it puts the shoulder in the position of "provocative" and threatened with another dislocation. Try to ice the shoulder swelling and if at all .... Do not attempt to weight on the affected arm to wear ( "push" themselves and the bed or chair, and so more pressure can affect the ligaments and) for more pain. Hope this helps! Good luck!
