To some degree, just stop and do it yourself. You can get your drugs for a little more, if you have less depression, and then you have more energy and more exercise, and I hope to be able to reduce their medication.
This is not perfect, I (am, all hell, but most Americans do not exercise, even if they are not depressed!) From a music CD with my favorite exercise strong responses rocking and put stupid in a very strong and just dance a lot connect and businesses. I look like an idiot husband and I go, but it really works! I sit a few. Create the other, what we have done, to do the tasks that have and will need lots of exercise, such as maintaining a garden for deer (hey chase,We have to save money!) And wood burning (which also saves money lotsa). When I lived in the city, Los Angeles, I store a bike to go shopping or walk to the corner and use the bus to go on, have a mean walk to the bus stop. Well, I went the other way and I rural areas, and walk into the barn of an increase, too.
You may need to take these pills forever, so depends on you. Some people suffer from depression throughout his life. I hate it when people act here and in good faith, such as depression is a medical problem. Heck, does your brain does not work! It could be temporary and will be better or not, and you have control over that part. Hopefully you're one of them better!
Oh, one moreIdea is to get some social support. a friend who goes with you and make you leave? perhaps out of guilt for several weeks until he has the habit?

I have exactly the same feeling that you and I am glad to hear what the answers. I need the exercise, but do not motivate me. I board my medication. I hate having to rely on them. I want to feel alive again!
