I need a big THANK dessert to share with family DIABETIC Home cooking comes to dinner, but I have a recipe you personally, I tried it and make it really did not want something of a magazine or website. I've learned in March 2009 that I am diabetic - My problem is that I'm addicted to food! Then I went on a search and found the best Splenda for baking cakes, biscuits and so on. I have a lot of revenue from a friend of mine who is also diabetic - and I share cake and sweet potato pudding - and they are absolutely delicious!
Sweet Potato Pie
* 2 (drained 15 ounces) cans sweet potatoes in syrup, buy - if the mark in the time available.
* 11 / 4 cup low-fat evaporated milk
* 2 large eggs
* 1 / 4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
* 1 / 4 c. Tea Salt
* 1 (6 ounces) reduced-fat prepared cookie crust pie or a cake a regular pie crust.
* 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts or crushed (or more if you really like pecans)
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place sweet potatoes in electric mixer bowl at medium speed and grinding. Add evaporated milk, eggs, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, and Pumpkin. pie spice Beat until smooth. Scrape filling into crust. Garnish with pecans.
3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick or knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on rack. To prevent over browning the crust edges, cover with foil

Bread Pudding
* 2 large eggs
* 21 / 4 cups milk 1% low-fat
* 11 / 2 cup Splenda No Sweetener, granulated
* 11 / 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 5 cups 1 / 2 "to 1-day-old French bread
* Raisins 1 / 2 cup (or add up to 3 / 4 cup raisins for more flavor)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Eggs, milk, granulated sugar sweetener Splenda, cinnamon and vanilla in a large bowl. Gently stir in bread cubes and raisins. Pour 1 ½ liters of type baking paper.

Egg Nog Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce Southern Comfort:
1 egg, bread or challah bread, cut you into 1-inch cubes (the drier the better)
4 eggs
Sugar 1 / 2 cup
1 / 4 c. Tea kosher salt
1 liter of eggnog
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Nutmeg 1 / 4 c. Tea
Mix sugar, eggs, eggnog, cinnamon and nutmeg. Delete Put bread cubes in a large casserole dish with butter. On pouring the mixture of eggnog and cover. Refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Bring to room temperature and bake at 350 degrees until firm and golden. Serve with whiskey sauce:
2 cups powdered sugar
Whiskey 1 / 2 cup
Salt 1 / 8 tsp tea
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 T butter
1 cup cream
Can bring to the boil and simmer until reduced and thickened. Pour over bread pudding.
